Acknowledging Our PastSupporting Our PresentBuilding Our Future
MCCSC supports multicultural communities across Blacktown, Western Sydney and NSW. We help migrants, refugees, families, women, seniors, carers, skilled migrants and people with disability connect with the right services, community programs and referral pathways.
How we help
MCCSC works with multicultural communities, service providers, government agencies and local partners to improve access, participation and support for people from diverse backgrounds across Western Sydney and NSW.
MCCSC is a multicultural community organisation connecting people with support, opportunities and pathways to independence, wellbeing and belonging — offered with dignity, in language and ways that make sense to you.
Why we exist
Our purpose
Supporting migrants, refugees, families, seniors, women, skilled migrants and people with disability through culturally respectful community support, referrals and pathways across Blacktown and NSW.
Why MCCSC was created
MCCSC was created to make support easier to access for multicultural communities. Many individuals and families struggle to navigate services, government systems, disability supports, employment pathways and community programs — often while facing language and cultural barriers at the same time. Our role is to listen, guide, connect and support people with dignity and cultural understanding.
Our flagship focus
Too many people arrive with real qualifications — nurses, engineers, accountants, teachers, trades — and get stuck in survival jobs far below their training. We exist to change that.
We walk alongside each person from first résumé to first day at work, and help international students build a career foundation while they study.

We are commissioning artwork from a local First Nations artist to celebrate this Country and the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we work. This space is reserved for their work.
Multicultural Communities Support Center Inc acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we live and work, and pays respect to Elders past, present and emerging. We recognise their enduring connection to Country, and we are committed to walking alongside all communities — First Nations and newly arrived alike — with respect and dignity.
